ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులను భారతదేశంలోని ఏదైనా IFFCO రాష్ట్రం, ప్రాజెక్ట్ లేదా సంస్థలో నియమించవచ్చు.

భాషా పరిజ్ఞానం:

అభ్యర్థులు వారు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకుంటున్న రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రాంతీయ భాషను చదవడం, రాయడం మరియు మాట్లాడటంలో ప్రావీణ్యం కలిగి ఉండాలి.

బహుళ భాషల పరిజ్ఞానం అదనపు ప్రయోజనం.

హిందీ ప్రావీణ్యం అవసరం.

శిక్షణ కాలం:

పరిహారం:

సర్వీస్ బాండ్:

జనరల్/OBC అభ్యర్థులు: ₹80,000 బాండ్.

SC/ST అభ్యర్థులు: ₹20,000 బాండ్.

తుది ఆన్‌లైన్ పరీక్ష (షార్ట్‌లిస్ట్ చేయబడిన అభ్యర్థుల కోసం)

నిర్దేశిత కేంద్రాలలో నియంత్రిత వాతావరణంలో నిర్వహిస్తారు:

అభ్యర్థులు రెండు ప్రాధాన్యత గల పరీక్షా కేంద్రాలను ఎంచుకోవాలి. ప్రాధాన్యత గల కేంద్రాన్ని కేటాయించడానికి ప్రయత్నాలు జరుగుతాయి, కానీ అవసరమైతే కేంద్రాన్ని మార్చే హక్కు IFFCOకి ఉంది.

Qualifications:

• A four-year B.Sc. (Agriculture) full-time regular degree.
• Minimum aggregate marks required:
  • General/OBC candidates: 60%
  • SC/ST candidates: 55%
• Candidates with a CGPA must convert their score into a percentage when filling out the application form.
• Only candidates who have completed their B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree in 2022 or later are eligible to apply.
• The degree must be obtained from a UGC-recognized university/institute.

• Upper Age Limit:

  • 30 years as of March 1, 2025.
  • Age relaxation:
    • SC/ST candidates: 5 years
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates: 3 years

  Locations:

  • Positions available at Field Offices across India.
  • Candidates must have knowledge of the regional language of the respective state.
  • Upon absorption, selected candidates may be posted in any IFFCO State, Project, or Establishment in India.

  Knowledge of Language:

  • Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the regional language of the state they are applying for.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage.
  • Hindi proficiency is desirable.

  Training Period:

  • Duration: One year.

  Compensation:

  • Stipend during training: ₹33,300 per month.
  • Upon successful completion of training and based on IFFCO’s requirements, AGTs may be absorbed at a basic pay of ₹37,000 per month in the pay scale of ₹37,000 - ₹70,000, along with allowances and benefits as per organizational rules.

  Service Bond:

  • General/OBC candidates: ₹80,000 bond.
  • SC/ST candidates: ₹20,000 bond.
  • The bond requires candidates to serve a minimum of three years after successful completion of training.

  Selection Procedure:

  1. Preliminary Online Test
     • Conducted in an open environment using candidates' own devices (computer/laptop with internet).
  2. Final Online Test (for shortlisted candidates)
     • Conducted in a controlled environment at designated centers:
       • Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Lucknow, Nagpur, Guwahati, Patna, Raipur, Surat, Varanasi, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Pune, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Cochin, Jodhpur, Jammu, Shimla, Bhopal, Jabalpur.
     • Candidates must select two preferred test centers. Efforts will be made to allot the preferred center, but IFFCO reserves the right to change the center if required.
     • Requests for center change will not be entertained.
  3. Personal Interview (for candidates shortlisted from the Final Online Test).
  4. Medical Examination (as per IFFCO medical standards).

  General Guidelines:

  • The role requires extensive travel to rural areas. Candidates must have a strong willingness and aptitude for fieldwork.
